This spicy flavor filled cauliflower rice bowl is super filling and bursting with flavor in every bite.

- Cauliflower Rice
- Black Beans
- Bell Peppers
- Tomato
- Chicken
- Garlic
- Onion
- Hot Sauce (your brand of choice)
- Guacamole (optional)
- Sour Cream (optional, I use Plain Yogurt instead)
- Salt
- Oil of choice
- Fry chicken in oil of choice. Add sliced bell peppers, tomato, diced garlic, and cut onion. Cook on medium heat until chicken is done.
- Combine mixture above into a bowl with cauliflower rice, black beans, hot sauce, add a small dash of salt.
- Add on whatever condiments you’d like. I enjoy guacamole and plain yogurt!
